The following Terms and Conditions apply to sales of Glosshouz plastic Gift Cards purchased in spa, Glosshouz Gift Cards/Certificates  purchased online at glosshouz.com, Glosshouz Member's-only reduced rate "Bring-a-friend" Gift Cards. Herein after all are referred to as Glosshouz Gift Cards.

All Glosshouz Gift Cards are purchased from LVE Enterprises, LLC parent company. 

 

A recipient may enjoy the use of a Glosshouz Gift Card to purchase products or services at Glosshouz Spa.

Glosshouz Gift Cards 1) may not be returned and should be treated like cash, 2) may not be used to buy another Gift Card, 3) may not be applied to previously purchased merchandise or services, 4) may not be returned or redeemed for cash unless required by law, 5) may not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Glosshouz Gift Cards are not credit/debit cards and have no implied warranties.

If your card is lost or destroyed Glosshouz may be able to honor the credit amount if you provide the details of purchaser, date and other required information that is needed to validate the purchase, the Glosshouz Gift Card number on file, and the historical redemption status of the Glosshouz Gift Card.

Glosshouz Gift Card amounts are valid for 60 months and will expire if unused on the five (5) year anniversary date of purchase. After this time, all monetary values and/or promotional upgrades which are associated with the Glosshouz Gift Card will be forfeited by the purchaser/recipient and will no longer redeemable.
